Whilst there has been considerable customer satisfaction surveys performed across the Housing Sector and an abundance of resulting data, we believe that there is a clear absence of meaningful data and information on how support services such as finance, IT and Human Resources are really adding value to its internal customers.
We have the expertise to design and roll-out tailored internal satisfaction survey programmes for Clients. Once we have completed our designs, we work with you to roll them out, carefully complete our analysis and present the results to you in a meaningful and insightful way. We can then work with you in a “Critical friend” role to ensure that our recommendations are implemented in a cohesive and effective manner.
These satisfaction surveys can be delivered either as part of a VFM and Service review or as a standalone service.
