VFM Reviews of Corporate Support Services

Using our experience, expertise and “lean” thinking gained from the leading edges of the private sector, Value Based Solutions have now been working for over nine years in the Housing Sector, bringing significant improvements to our Clients’ Corporate Support Services. We have worked closely with Clients including Places for People, Bromford Housing Group, Coast and Country Housing and Optima Housing to help them improve their Support Services.

Clients value our approach because it works not only in areas such as maintenance and income collection, but in areas that have been traditionally seen as “difficult” to review from a VFM or Service delivery perspective such as Finance and IT. This enables organisations to unlock efficiencies and service improvements across its entire organisation, rather than just the “front facing” teams.

Our work on re-engineering the finance function has appeared in many housing industry conferences.

We have the skills and experience to facilitate and drive the creation of a customer focused and VFM Support Services which delivers increased value to customers both internally and externally. We identify these improvements through carrying out robust VFM reviews in areas including budgetary control, management accounts, accounts payable, IT and Human Resources.

We offer our services on a fixed and/or performance related basis. The performance basis demonstrates our commitment to stake our own rewards on the success of the Client’s transformation.
